Google now answers nearly 100% of People Also Ask (PAA) queries with AI Overviews, up from 12% 14 months ago, according to data from AlsoAsked and Allintitle. AlsoAsked's analysis of 19.2 million English-language queries in 2026 found 97% of PAA answers in the first week of September were AI-generated, up from 86% in August, with Mark Williams-Cook stating it is 'highly likely we are on track for 100% shortly.'
