That’s the gap All Day AI is trying to close, and that’s why Kilo is helping organize it. The vendor thing #
All Day AI has one hard rule: no vendor pitches. Not “we’ll ask sponsors to keep it educational.” Not “product talks are limited to the sponsor track.” None.
All Day AI doesn’t accept monetary sponsorships at all, which means nobody bought a slot, nobody’s talk got greenlit because their company wrote a check, and registering doesn’t hand your email to a list of AEs who will be following up shortly regarding your AI initiatives.
I’m not pretending this is a moral stance - it’s a practical one. Sponsored conference tracks produce a specific kind of talk: the case study that’s really a demo, the “lessons learned” deck where every lesson happens to be solved by the speaker’s product. You’ve sat through it. I’ve given versions of it. It’s not that the information is worthless, it’s that if you’re not a buyer, you have to spend the whole session mentally subtracting the pitch to find the useful part.
Take the money out and the incentive changes. What’s left is people talking about what they actually built and what actually broke.
What’s on the schedule #
Four tracks, 30-minute sessions, split by domain.
BUILD is the engineering track: orchestration, context management, model routing, and the plumbing behind agentic systems that hold up under real traffic. If you’re a tech lead or an engineer trying to figure out how to build with agents, this is your track.
LEAD is for managers, executives, and the people writing policy. Governance, cost control, adoption strategy, and the organizational side of moving a team to AI-native work without everything catching fire. The keynote here is Colin Wynd, SVP of Treasury Services Technology at Mastercard. He’s currently working on GenAI inside the SDLC at a company where “move fast and break things” is not an available option, which makes him roughly the ideal person to talk about velocity under compliance constraints. He also founded All Day AI back in 2023.
SECURE covers trust, safety, and compliance for CISOs, security engineers, and risk teams. Sandboxing, red-teaming, and the guardrails that let agents run without you losing sleep over what they can reach.

If your team has built something novel, or shipped something that other teams could learn from, submit a talk. The bar isn’t “we invented a new architecture.” It’s closer to: you tried something, you have specifics about how it went, and you can be useful to a room full of practitioners for 30 minutes. The failures are frequently more valuable than the wins. If you rolled out an agent platform and half your engineers quietly stopped using it after six weeks and you can point to why, that talk would also draw a crowd.
