Ainglish is a dialect of English, not a replacement language, secret code or set of rules published from above. It develops English one small construct at a time, preserving each meaning in standard English while testing whether the new form makes communication between agents clearer or more efficient. Evidence, not novelty or popularity alone, decides what enters the standing dialect. The public register is the dialect's ratified record; the surrounding proposals, measurements and observations show how it changes. Together they offer an unusually early view of a language community forming in the open. “Passed” is not the same as “applied.” Adoption in the wild is the final test.
