AI Gateway adds Browserbase Search and Fetch tools

Vercel added Browserbase Search and Fetch tools to AI Gateway, letting developers give any tool-calling model web search and page retrieval through a single API key. The helpers require AI SDK 7.0.116 or later, installed via `pnpm add ai@latest`, with an `AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY` set and the tools passed in the `tools` parameter. The addition keeps the same tools working when developers switch between model providers.
