AI Continues To Bypass Half Of The Workforce

A new report from Slack's Workforce Lab finds that 52% of desk workers have never used AI tools, with 68% of non-office workers lacking access, highlighting a growing divide in AI adoption. The report, based on a survey of over 10,000 workers, reveals that only 36% of desk workers have received AI training, and 41% say their companies lack clear AI guidelines. Slack's chief customer officer, Brian Elliott, stated, 'The biggest barrier to AI adoption is not technology, but people and processes.'
