At her last prediction, she previously estimated the number would be $500 billion. Server CPUs will grow to at a 50% CAGR $200 billion by 2030. No one company can service that whole market, Su said. She made an announcement at its event at the Moscone convention center in San Francisco. To service the market this year, Su announced AMD Helios, the platform for AMD’s AI ecosystem with a CPU dubbed Venice, the AMD Instinct MI455X GPU, the Salina DPU and the Vulcano AI NIC. Helios is in production now. She said the GPU is the highest performing AI accelerator in the industry.
