agnostic-ai v0.75.0: signed releases, patched Go, and per-target commits

Agnostic-ai released v0.75.0, which patches 18 Go vulnerabilities present in 0.74.0 and earlier binaries, adds signed releases, and changes how the root CLAUDE.md file is written when another target writes AGENTS.md. The release notes instruct users to upgrade via `agnostic-ai upgrade` or by bumping the npm pin, and to commit the .worktreeinclude file when Claude Code is a target with gitignore.enabled on.
