When an agent needs a capability, like searching the web or scraping a page, the platform automatically selects from multiple underlying service providers. Agentmuxer uses real-task benchmarks and outcome feedback to optimize across four dimensions: quality, cost, success rates, and latency. If one provider fails or underperforms, automatic fallback strategies kick in and reroute the request to an alternative.
