This strategy is similar to the one the music publishers Concord Music used against Anthropic: the plaintiffs filed a second lawsuit after being denied leave to amend the complaint in the first lawsuit. Now, both *Concord Music I *and Concord Music II are before Judge Eumi Lee, who denied the motion for leave. If the past is prologue, we should expect a similar development here.
