Millions of people now ask AI assistants instead of search engines which tools to use. What ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity say about Higgsfield directly shapes who discovers us and whether they choose us.
We're building AEO/GEO as a dedicated growth channel, and we're looking for someone who wants to help reverse-engineer how it works while the rules are still being written.
What you will own
- AI visibility. Understand how Higgsfield and competitors appear across LLMs, find gaps, form hypotheses, run experiments, and measure what changes.
- User intent. Map how people ask AI for products and identify the queries and use cases worth winning.
- Source intelligence. Understand which websites, communities, creators, and content different LLMs trust and retrieve.
- Content & narratives. Shape what information exists about Higgsfield online and how LLMs describe our products, capabilities, and category.
- Measurement. Connect visibility, citations, traffic, conversion, and revenue to understand what actually works.
- Experimentation. Continuously test new sources, formats, tools, automations, and retrieval behavior as LLMs evolve.
What we're looking for
We don't care whether you've worked in AEO/GEO before. We care about how you solve unfamiliar problems.
You should be someone who:
- Is highly analytical and naturally turns observations into hypotheses and experiments;
- Is technically curious and comfortable figuring out new tools, systems, and data independently;
- Has built or automated something before, even a small workflow, instead of repeatedly doing it manually;
- Knows how to research deeply, find patterns, and separate signal from noise;
- Is comfortable with data and uses it to make decisions;
- Has strong English and can work with content when needed;
- Has high ownership and autonomy — you don't wait for a task list, you understand the goal and figure out how to get there;
- Moves fast and is comfortable working in an area where there is no established playbook.
Experience in growth, analytics, content, SEO, engineering, automation, or similar areas is useful, but none of these backgrounds is required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LLM retrieval, RAG, search, or technical SEO;
- Experience with analytics, search, automation, or AI tools;
- Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem.
