Three-step setup #
- Open Modem in ChatGPT. Go tothe plugin listing , or choose Plugins and search for Modem.
- Install and connect. Select the install button (+), sign in to Modem, and authorize the connection.
- Start a chat. Type @ and choose Modem, then ask your question.

The example below is a loop most teams run by hand today. A customer reports a problem, someone files it for engineering, and when the fix ships, someone has to remember to tell the customer. You can run each prompt in ChatGPT.
