# Activating a space gets error 403 no CPU quota available

Getting error when trying to start a space [EV Smart-Charging Advisor - a Hugging Face Space by sid009991](https://huggingface.co/spaces/sid009991/ev-smart-charging-advisor) the error pops up: **403**

You’ve reached your cpu-basic quota limit, please upgrade your account, or pause your previous Spaces to restart this one

Even after pausing all the spaces, it still doesn’t run. Is anyone facing the error?

-Space: YadavAgent/youtube-automation-agent

-Error: “Quota exceeded for flavour cpu-basic (requested=1) : current=0 ,limit=0”

-Only 1 space, already paused, email verified

-No credit card available (student) Please help me
