It is a slice of the AI-hardware supply chain, from silicon to assembly to global capital. “This financing is about more than capital,” said chief executive Mian Zhang. “It is about ecosystem alignment.” In plain terms, the firms that would actually build and buy this technology are now invested in it.\n\n## Why it matters\n\nOptics is one of the hottest corners of the AI build-out.
