It needs a painful recurring workflow and a small group of businesses willing to pay to make it disappear. Vibe coding made it cheap to build another AI tool for people who already have too many AI tools. That creates a trap: the obvious categories fill up first, even though many ordinary businesses still lack software for basic work. The stronger $10K MRR opportunity often looks much less impressive in a launch video. It is a focused workflow for a business whose daily operating system is still a phone, a WhatsApp group, an inbox, a spreadsheet, a PDF, and somebody remembering to chase a customer. That customer does not wake up wanting AI.
