Your next app does not need millions of users to reach $10K MRR. It needs a painful recurring workflow and a small group of businesses willing to pay to make it disappear.
Vibe coding made it cheap to build another AI tool for people who already have too many AI tools. That creates a trap: the obvious categories fill up first, even though many ordinary businesses still lack software for basic work.
The stronger $10K MRR opportunity often looks much less impressive in a launch video. It is a focused workflow for a business whose daily operating system is still a phone, a WhatsApp group, an inbox, a spreadsheet, a PDF, and somebody remembering to chase a customer.
That customer does not wake up wanting AI. They want fewer missed jobs, faster quotes, proof that work happened, fewer expired certificates, and less time wasted finding the latest version of a document.
The data points in the same direction. Eurostat reports that 19.95% of EU enterprises used AI technologies in 2025, while 55.03% of large enterprises did. Its Digital Decade update says 72% of EU SMEs had reached at least a basic level of digital intensity in 2025.
